Who we are

Trusted Execution, Systems & Signal LLC ("Tess", "we") provides operations consulting to consumer brands and their partners. Contact: bishops@tessoperations.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

• When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you picked, and any answers you give on the booking form.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.

This site does not use its own cookies, tracking pixels or analytics. Cloudflare (which hosts this site) and Google (which serves this site's fonts and runs our booking page) may collect basic technical data, such as IP address, to deliver and secure the site; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and hold the call you booked, and follow up about working together. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Google, which provides our email, calendar and booking page, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email records only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing bishops@tessoperations.com.

Client data

Data we handle while working for a client is governed by our agreement with that client, not by this page.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
